I did something realy stupid on New Years, and i wrote this poem, to my parents. I am sorry.

MY MISTAKE

I went to a party,
I should have said no.
I knew there was liquer,
but i still didn't go.

I made a mistake,
and now i must pay.
I am so sorry,
theres not much else i can say.

I know it was stupid,
I shouldn't have lied.
It was so screwed up,
someone could have died.

Three months I have,
to think about what i did.
I should have said no!
I am just a kid.

Im luck, as far as i'm concerned.
Things could have turned out way more worse.
Somone could have ended up dead,
riding home in a herse.

I am sorry for my ignorance,
I dont know what else to say.
I hope i earn your trust back.
Hopefully, someday.

I know it wont be easy,
and wont happen over night.
What i did was stupid,
it wasnt very bright.

We al make mistakes,
this one not so small.
I shoulnt have drank,
the night they dropped the ball.

This isnt a great start,
to the New Year.
But i have learned my lesson,
not to drink liquer or beer.

Lying was stupid,
now i know.
I should've just come clean,
I should've just said NO!

You're right, and hey at least you can say you learned....too many people don't learn. Take care.

Hold on, it gets better than you know....
