you know what
this is how im feeling
lost in what we call life
knowing where im trying to go
but dont want to take the time to get there

a blur of a vision seeming so far
striving, sweating, breathless
in everything i do im reaching for my goal
trying to learn and understand
for my reasoning of being here
my title that i will leave on earth when i die

on the most postive note that i can think of, i will not fail i refuse, to much riding on me,
to much to risk not to, to many people in my corner

but i owe them nothing i owe it to myself to do good and go far. i've come to far now to give up

more cons than pros
whispers in my ear telling me to give up
why continue
what!
do good now.
for what?
to get a great career have a family and make money
then die

thats seems like that defeats my purpose
why not die now
life is a game that i am so tired of playing
cant win from loosing
science tell us what goes up comes down
everything is falling on me now

bones breaking
mind loosing
brain shrinking

but i cant i wont give up
but i am dying from not understanding

why is it that the wise die first

catch me before i fall

I think that everyone goes through that phase of not knowing what there purpose in life is, I know I have it was one of the scariest things and I did feel like giving up but I'm a stubborn one so I pushed on and made it through as I'm sure you will.

Beautiful write, Full of emotion and question I liked it alot!

definitely great.lot of emotion and raw truth.but dear friend,dont give up now.usually,when we give up,we later find out we were taddd bit close to our joy.so hold on and it doesnt matter if one day we all will die.difference is how many lives we touch down here,and where our eternity lies.so keep those in mind and stay strong!

WHAT AN INSPIRATION YOUR POEM IS TO ME...I HAVE JUST NO WORD FOR YOU...PEDESTAL. I BELIEVE THROUGH YOUR WRITING YOU FEEL PEOPLE PUT YOU ON A PEDESTAL BUT GUESS WHAT ? YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE YOUR OWN PEDESTAL OF YOUR OWN GOALS. ITS AMAZING HOW THIS ONE POEM HAS INSPIRED MY LIFE. WELL CONTINUE ON AND NEVER GIVE UP. FROM THE ONE AND ONLY CANDY
