Emotions I like you now, Just as before, But now, It’s different. I believe I truly like you. Before, You were there, I had to like you. Today and each day, You consume my thoughts. I can’t seem To rid my mind of you. But, This feeling of happiness overwhelms me, I burst into a smile. every time I see or talk to you, whole day brightens. You give me butterflies, Oddly, I love them. a burden I love to carry. You are my everything, And what kills me, You don’t even know it. you don’t know what you do to me, Fear takes over , Can’t tell you, Everything will change. But you need to realize, you mean so much to me. But what do you think of me? am I destined a friend? questions lurk inside. But can’t ask them, I’m afraid, that if I do, Your answers Will differ from mine. So for now, I’ll enjoy what we have, And maybe, One day soon, I’ll ask and hopefully, Find the answers I’m looking for, I will just let things be, And deal with emotions. |
