In an upside-down garden

I want to
have my cake and eat it too
to walk between the two of them
and sleep between the two of them

love between the two of them

Make me happy, I dare you.
Crawl out of your world
and into mine, meet and greet
him and then decide

if you could possibly share
the one you love so indefinitely.

I'll wear your ring on my finger
and only think of you when
I see that little glimmer of silver

but is it okay if I think of him too?

What am I supposed to do-
torn between two lovers
and I'm not yet ready to
make the decision that
could generally affect the rest
of my existence.

Can I date him and
still marry you?

Or is that unfair to everyone?

Nice write, I think everyone at one point of their lives is stuck making a decision between 2 things they really love,  this poem really illustrates the problem of actually making a decision and not regretting it, nice work
