the pain won't go away.
No matter what I try to think,
the hurt will always stay.

The more I try to help myself,
to keep you from my mind,
the more I seem to think of you,
and your kiss that was so kind.

I know we wern't together long,
and that things just didn't work.
You didn't even tell me face to face,
man you're such a jerk.

I cried myself to sleep last nite,
wondering how you feel.
Why did you change your mind that nite,
I'm still hoping this can't be real.

I know you made up your mind,
and there's one thing I can do.
The only thing that's left for me,
is to get myself over you!

Yeah, love can be hard...but getting over it can be worse! But hey, we all go through it...it can happen.
