i can't stop hiding

I love you
As he hangs up the phone
But no after thought
For he is alone

These three words
Have no meaning to him
He know not the meaning
Of Love or Sin

Life progresses
In its own way
He couldn’t change it
Change even one day

He has his facts
Know what people want to here
And people pay attention
If he shows just a little fear

He couldn’t feel love
Even if a girl tried all the time
He can only say that
I know she is mine

He has no thought on his life
No conscience to give him a shove
But that’s just what happens
When someone doesn’t know love

No seconded thought on giving
Or taking another life
For all he does is
Escape from his strife

With the shallow life
He is surrounded in
He knows not the meaning
Of Love or Sin

I really like this, the first stanza was probably the best. It's so true how people say "I love you" and don't mean it.I think a lot of people just say it to sort of fill a void. Very well spoken
