Run away
Run away
You were the one running!
Ran barefoot in the snow.
Your socks thrown away,
You were always insane.
My toes still tingle,
Remembering you,
You and your snowflakes.
They Came back again today,
You are still gone,
I'll always be waiting.
Waiting with one toe in the snow.

I wear my crown of thorns
on my liar's chair
full of broken thoughts
I cannot repair

Wow, I really like this poem. The imagery was very good, and I love the ending.
Thanks for sharing.

We were meant to live for so much more have we lost ourselves?
Maybe redemption has stories to tell maybe forgiveness is right where you fell.

haha, this reminds me of when my friend said that every winter she would run around in the snow for 5 minutes barefoot! and then she would go in and warm her feet up so she could feel them again! dont know why but she does it every winter!
