Standing In Silence...

0 posted 2003-10-14 06:41 AM

Surrender to the darkness
That dwells once again
   Inside me.
Invading every thought
It never lets me be
  Never a break.
There’s no escaping it
It follows me everywhere
  Living in my head.
Barely enough time to breathe
Before I’m running once again
   From that cloud.

"I'm tired of being what you want me to be."~Linkin Park

How clouds can cause such a distress is beyond me. I guess sometimes you just have to run from something.

I like the first and last line, it kinda made it seem intelligent. I'm guessing that's the right word, but yeah you know what I mean. Great work. ~Jess

I really like this one. Though, I'm not sure where you got the idea for the title, but I think that's what I like most about it. Very nice work. Loves.
