Developing a strange sort of attachment to you
And I can't reverse the effects
Resisting in every way I know how
Reliving your every laugh and smile
Every time you look my way it seems
Kindling is being lit afire

My thoughts linger on you
Only you can satisfy my desire
Relinquishing my hold on all control
To you I shall always belong

My heart breaks at the thought
You may have found someone else

Losing all hope I waste away
Only to realize I can't give up
Voicing my feelings will be difficult
Eventually you may learn the truth

Let go of your concept of reality and try mine for a while...then we'll see how long you last.

Okay, why didn't I ever see this one before?? This one shoots me right in the heart and brings a comforting smile... because sometimes we win. I adore this piece and it is going in my library. Very cool.

Thank you thank you all.  But it may seem like a nicepoem but i don't much care for it.  My opinion is often jaundiced though, so we'll just let that go.  And I'm so HAPPY to be back it's been so long!!!

I only know myself...and even that I don't know well.

It's strange isn't it? Negative thing always inspire the most I find, or maybe thats just me.

Nice work...a theme that doesn't end with the passing of teen years either!

No one said you had to have an orgasm...Jeesh, that's kinda weird.  And thank you everyone else.
