The "Death" card.
She stares at me.
She haunts me.
She taunts me.

"I am not death,"
She says,
"But change."
And her voice rings,
As I look for a way out.

I do not fear death.
I, like others,
Fear change.
"What am I to do?"
"Where am I to go?"

But change follows us,
No matter what we do,
Or where we go.

The "Death" card.
She stares at me.
She haunts me.
She taunts me.

Does she taunt you, too?

Yep, she does. I like this, it's like an answer I've know but just needed it confirmed. Great job.

Yes... change follows me.

Well written and I feel each word to my core. Thank you for your words, doll.

I can relate to what you mean about change, good feeling in the poem and strong emotion.
