The darkest time, yet to come

Where is the love that I seek for within

How can I be brave, when I've been afraid for so long

Why do you see me in such an abnormal way

I can only live for so long, so please make it worthwhile

I see a light that tells me one day it'll be here for me

In the darkest room I stand stranded all alone

Take me away to a better place where I shall not worry about when to breathe

The blood you shed keeps me at a distance from you

In a lifelong dream I was never sure that you would understand and you never will

The eyes that I look into exceed beyond what I wanted to see

To be able to walk without being called upon for such a drastic matter

To live my life, one day at a time

To have such bad thoughts that will never go away

Stranded, lost, and I'm faded away

Which is what we will all be soon, one day
