My Own Hand

My hands still shake
everytime I pick up this pen
to write these words about you.

My eyes still mist
when I unlock the memories
of the beautiful time we spent together.

I guess i will never understand why
my own hand clutches
at my heart so,
squeezeing out emotion
I try to bury.

Again and again
my heart bleads and spills
on this paper
and I try to call it poetry.
