For a Lady .

I saw my Lady  weep,
Tears fell from her eyes.
Again,in my deepest sleep,
I hear her when she crys.

Not now ,my love,my sweeting.
Lie still and dry your eyes.
Soon eonough our greeting,
New joy will end our sighs.

Beneath earths final cover,
Together we shall lie.
Our arms around each other
Sweetheart;do not cry.

i really like this one because it could have many interpretations. the imagine is death but is it illness, murder maybe. the reader is left to decide for themselves.

Such a melancholy write Mike.
Well done..well done indeed.

In the midst of winter,
I found there lives within me..
An invincible summer.
