Tears Of Blood

Look and see tears of blood free flowing down her face. Tears of sorrow, pain, tragedy, and anguish. blood streams from her eyes as the tears continue, she watches beside the silent pound as the world goes on. She watches the people die in futility beneath her. They die from mans greed and her heart breaks even more as she loses faith in humanity. She tries to tear her eyes away from the pond as the scene unfolds beneath her. A scream of horror issues forth within a howl of rage. Her tears mix with the water staining the water with blood. A single leaf disturbs the water and the image disintegrates. The girl slowly sinks into a unconsciousness peace... still weeping tears of blood.
Please keep in mind...This is a simplistic poem, and just my representation on the issue. no harm and offence meant towards the reader.

wow this was very expressive i loved this!!!!! but.. maybe you could put it in stanza form so it is easier to read but otherwise that was amazing... Welcome to passions, tx for sharing and i hope to read more soon...

I like this poem a lot. You did a great job with describing what was going on. Was this poem about an angel looking down at the world through a pond in heaven?
