you said you'd NEVER be him
who was i to know???
you said you'd never leave me
...you were the first to go.
i'm dying on the inside
outside i'm *just a fake*
i smile. i laugh. i hide away,
the part of me i hate.
i'm living for the moment
just to know i'm real
i always close my eyes
to make the memories disappear
i said i'd NEVER be her
i never let you down
i said i'd never leave you
and i'd always be around
but nothing ever matters
when love is *just a fake*
cause the tables turn around
and love turns into hate.

Definately a good poem. It could do with a little tidying here and there (punctuation and form etc) but then i am a perfectionist so dont mind me lol.

It reminds me a lot of a poem i started a while ago and never finished. Well said, well said.

Man this was incredible. Plus I can really relate to this. Towards all my relationships. I really hope to see more out of ya. Thanks for sharing with us.
