We stand as one now
And hold none to our own
We keep within us these fears
So that only pride is shown
We’ve given up and taken hold
This life before us
Has now gone cold
Emotionless yet stable we have become
As we let go of all and become as one
Life as we knew it seemed to fade
It is this that gave birth to this charade
As we discontinue this false justification
We are reborn as a simple complication
For the rest of the world to gaze and stare
This hell in our hands we must hold and bear
To get to the start we must make an end
Shred our heart and go to where innocence began
While the face in the mirror seems to bend
Our tormented soul is what we will send
To a grave of liars and committers of sin
This isn’t a battle we want to win
Our life is drawn and the beats are still
We are now the shadow of our diminished will

Rude as the morning moon
They steal my place in time
To be judged by no one and no one alone
Struggling to take hold of what is mine
And as I dim out
They come again
To show me the future
Of my own end

everyone seems to know me so well in their poetry and you are no exception. in one way or another, i can apply this poem to my life. even without that odd resemblance, this is a wonderful write.
