Never Again I tried to give you so much And what did you do? You spit on my hospitality And disrespected me in too many ways Each time I thought you were making progress You always had a relapse Can you not control yourself that much? What is your issue? I wanted you to be one of my most trusted A brother instead of buddy But you had other things in mind You disgust me So now you’ve lost me And are lost to me Don’t talk to me Don’t think about me Don’t look at me And God forbid, don’t touch me I’m done with you And want nothing else to do with you I’ve released myself from your grasp And you’ll never catch me again You were just a bad dream That I’ve waken myself from And I’ll never have it again Never again ~~Poetry is written emotion~~ |
