Lord,
How does my voice sound?
I think...it is deformed...
Can you even understand me?

Or, do i
Possess a liars tone and rhythm?
I truly believe i must because

Lord,
You don't believe me
When i profess my faith to you.
When i tell you,

That i love you.

Yeah, sometimes that is the way it feels, but He listens and He's happy with you.

Brilliant title, niere, and 'how does my voice sound? I think it's deformed' really got me interested, a clever play on the senses.

Thanks for the read.

I have studied the works of G.M Hopkins. This is very similar. Do you aspire to create such poetry?
