They scream in a high-pitched silence
That i've wounded them fatally.
Impalement! - Impalement! - Betrayal!

Silently i watch
As a rose beyond the realm of this madness
Withers and dies, tearlessly.
But still they scream.
Complaining of deadly aches and pains.

But there was no actual impalement.
I simply stepped out of (an unfair) line,
And gently pierced their selfish auras.

All because, i wanted a chance.

I asked a question once.  All these people want their rights, but whats so right about it if its wrong?  Not really a comment of the poem, which was nice.  It just made me think of all these confused people that are basically begging for their own destruction.  Its pretty sad...

God bless,
In Christ,
