The stress is slowly rising I cannot take much more My mind is always spinning Tremors rock my inner core. How much can one person stand? How much should one bear Before the stressors take their toll And no longer will they care? I have come now to that spot I could care less about life I’m so tired, worn and weary, Of this daily thing called strife. The doctors say that this will be My life forevermore If this is life then what is Hell? I am tired of the score. I need rest and peace of mind Both are rare for me I’m tired of doing only good When my pain and life are bleak. Jesus lives in my heart! He can in yours too!!! |

There are always battles to be won or lost and such is the course of life for many people... you're not alone in these moments of despair and that's what we all have our art for, our release from the stress of all the crap in life, to share things with other people like ourselves... there's always a glimmer at the end of the tunnel if you're looking. Awsome write... reminded me of something that i had forgotten and shouldn't have.. thank you for sharing Life is a torment and torment an enigma. So burn the shackles of slavery and let love run free |
