Heartache

This is how it ends
She said " lets just be friends "
I just feel like there was something i missed
God, how did i miss this

In the chill of the night
It was a horrible site
On the home coming night
To behold the one i loved so
Just up and go
I dont think ill ever know
The full truth on why she left
But she commited theift
On my heart
Im falling apart

At school a few days later
Just crackin jokes sayin " wheres my tader "
I see her walking my way
But she turned the other away
When she saw me
I just dont see
What i missed
My stupidity is bliss

Later that day
I heard a friend of mine say
" I saw your old lady kissin another girl "
That made me want to hurl
He said " it was on home coming night "
Which started all these sites
Inside of my head
Making me wish i was dead

This heartache is tearing me apart
It feels like a poison dart
Has been stuck deep into my bloody heart
This is all to much to bare
Cause all the things we used to share
Never keeping one thing from eachother
And there will never be another
Like her in my heart
Here i am, just falling apart

Its not like she cares
Cause she not the one that bares
The headache
From this terrible heartache

This poem makes me remember what my ex -Greg did to me. Grrrrrrrrrrr..... He made me mad. Said I couldn't talk to his mom and dad anymore. And I liked his parents better than him after we broke up. Anyways, I am trying to say I know about heart break too. Keep up the awesome poetry!!!

This is very sad Casey, but very good, I wish that things did not have to be this way with you and you could be happy, and trust me, you will, it just takes time and there goes the word "Patience", thanks for sharing ....thanks for sharing this peace, may godbless ya
