What is the promise of tomorrow If I cannot get past today? What is the light at the end of the tunnel If I cannot find my way? Is it a hopeful dream that cannot be fulfilled? Or perhaps it is comfort words for those who've lowered their head. Maybe its not real or just something not meant for me How can I believe in it if its something i can't see? Maybe it is not a tunnel i'm traveling but a dark bottomless pit I just dont know what to make of it And so i ask you now What is the light at the end of the tunnel? Where and when and how? |

Amanda, I adore this because no matter what age you are, where you are in your life or what has occurred, anyone with half of spirit as this, will continually question their motives and purpose in order to grow spiritually. I love this piece and unfortunately, it is ourselves, that we need to depend upon to forge ahead. Blind faith in yourself? |
