She wanders in the dark alone Black fog creeping under her feet Drifting to the darkness Away from her life of lies Her body’s nothing but a shadow Her eyes a pool of regrets Slowly dying from daggers in her heart She crumples to the ground I hear a faint cry in the distance And she goes down with a scream Until there’s nothing left of her But a nightmare |
