I'm sitting here thinking
Thinking of you, and only you
I miss you so much my heart starts to ache
All I can do is think of you
But all I can see is shadows
I can't see you
Vivid memories of you pass
In my mind of broken thoughts
Why did you leave
It's been 9 years now
Gone, gone away with the wind
Why did this have to happen
To a person so dear to me
6 years we spent together
6 years too less
But now you're gone
There's nothing that I can do
But sit here and think
Think of you Dad
I miss you
