Most believe you will not come to this point, Always demeaning your worth and feelings as not even there, Reveling in the fact that my so-strong love is seemingly unreturned, Knowing not that my patience and will-to-existence are hand in hands. Will you come to express the "I'm finally there" doubted by most, Ill fated, and designated self centered greed, Looked upon as a laugh box stuck in the on position, Lancing through this heart that loves you so? I'd surely die hoping so, for in you not only I love, but believe, And from that belief in you stems such faith in us, Making the even remote possibility of gaining your heart Such that the awe of the starriest night fails to just the chance. |

And this is how we do it. We write poems and do art so instead of our worlds consisting of dirt and horses on an empty plain, its rather thick and almost uncomprehendible. Wow, you're good at this Craig! A friend of mine (and boss to boot!) bet me that I couldn't write a poem for her using her boyfriends' name. I cannot back down...lol Funny though, you got it, and he didn't. Well, not funny I guess, as they are no longer together. (Not even "Just Together")  Wings bruised from turning away in such confined space...Not broken...still healable...still feathered with life, somewhere |

now i can understand why an opus of such love should be in this forum. he didn't get it. i didn't either, to a certain degree, until the response. trying a bit o' dualism here purity? hee hee... i'll always need a friend, one i can defend. |
