You can actually see the dimmly lit coals
A smoldering smoke here and there
In this pale gray room
With a candle holder that looks more like a horn
The steam is thin and comes out to a 45 degree curve
Near the top to form the blossom

It casts a shadow across the room
To a brighter still dim corner

A pile of ashes are thumped on the ground
Around the base of this piece
Shadowy figures

The coals strengthen their light
It becomes hotter in this room
And like a touch of magic gentle prickly flames appear
Small at first
Of course they are

My capturing angels bring me in this room
I see the fire
And the evil being still within me begin to shake
They have fear of this place
With me

My body shakes a little and nervousness becomes apparent

I'm wearing heavy braclets attatched to thick chains
The chains that say I'm to stubborn to go back
It already hurts to be here
I'm scared
I feel a tear trickle down my cheek
And it drops to the floor

My overseers take me to the candle holder
I'm hoisted up by poles that pick me up with hooks
The hooks aren't sharp enough to tear my skin
Just strong enough to hold me

My flesh is taken and placed over the still growing flames
I can feel the heat and it burns
My feet start lapping and scrambling to get away
My body starts to flicker
A slow but progressivly violent dance

And I'm not screaming
I'm frightened and scared
And now I can hear my skin bubbling and boilling
Pop pop pop pop slap pop slap slap

I can feel tears rolling down my face
The pain is intense
Like a clown with a needle in his eyes
Eventually I'll start to pour and reboil
When I'm done maybe I'll be able to finally say
"I'm clean"

God blesses.
