Nothing and Nowhere

Slay the dragon,
Sweep me off my feet
Be my prince charming
I'm dead
Til we meet
Again
And you
Deliver
That succulent, sweet
Kiss, filled with warmth
And luscious love.
Hold me, embrace me,
Run your fingers
Through my hair.
I am yours,
You have won me,
Oh jeez, you always had me.
Kiss me now, and never take your
Lips off mine.
Let them entwine,
Let the sweet moisture
Fill us up with giddy happiness.
Never let out lips leave
One another.
Keep kissing me, holding me, embracing me, loving me..
Bring the sparkle back into my eyes,
Fufill me with the bliss
Only you can provide..

A pencil drops,
My head snaps
Up off my desk.
And the bell rings for
Second period.

Oh, my succulent dream,
You are, but a
Tease.

Just because you're paranoid, doesn't me they're NOT out to get you.

Cheesy or not, and actually sometimes poetry like this is welcome cheese lol, I loved it... Took me back a few years, not because of the second period bell, as that was many, many years ago...      but because you made me remember what that kiss is like. God, how I've missed that as of late. Something to inspire to! Thanks

I hate dreams like that. Because that's all they will ever be. Dreams. But I guess we are predestined to find our soulmate. There will hopefully always be a knight in shining armour for every damsel in distress, or vice versa. I liked the poem, but agree that it could be put in teen...

I think it would have gone well in teen, but either way...

I hate dreams like this too.  You're all happy and then you wake up and realize that it didn't happened. *sigh*
