You’re no one special, You tell me, You’re no one special, Stop acting like you are. Stop acting as if you mean something. Stop pretending, Just stop. Neither are you, I whisper, Neither are you, Start taking notice. Start taking some time to realize that. Start stopping, Just go away. We clash, We clash so perfectly, It seems we fit. Self-centered prayers and wishes, Is that all you want? Why not ask for more? Is that all you are? Why not show me the rest of you? I hate you so much. I love you too. Can I do both? Or is that your reply? I phase out, Fade away. You leave an impression, Of your head, On the curb, the wet cement. On my mind. Is that all you are? Is that all I am? Is that all we are? hmmm...overall nice write, but it got a bit muddled in places, although that seemed to work, because it was kinda like lots of thoughts running really fast and thats how they got jumbled. so that was actually pretty cool. oh yeah...i keep forgetting to say, ur signature, the original band that did that song was "tears for fears", gary jules, just covered it. Tomorrow, is the today we feared yesterday. |
