Taunting me with a devilesque dance,

Slow and inviting, quietly hissing

In a demonic sway

It draws me nearer and nearer

Until we are face to face,

My perspiring flesh inches away

From its flaming warmth

And fragrant aroma

Which rises in grey charcoal billows
For a single moment I am almost captured

And fooled

Into believing this sly disguise

But my senses violently heave a pang

of sharpness

Through my trembling body, warning me not

To trust this deceitful element

Which forever

Holds my gaze

THANK-YOU

Tequilia
