There's so much being lost to the whispers.
Funny how something so quiet
is able to swallow up
everything.

A non-descript sort of voice,
so mellow and hard on this air.
Avoidance is the human condition,
so we avoid each others gaze for fear of transfused pain.

We avoid what the whisperers tell us, in their franticness.
White cold, and clammy hands, that grab unto our ears.
These creatures who are trying to safe us.
This figments we've created in an attempt to safe ourselves.

Futality. All of it.

But we sway in our sleep to the sing in the sigh of their voices.
The muted harmony of all that is being lost.

Some call them faries, some call them angels.
Either way, they live among us.
These white, chalky hands, grip onto me now.
As I attempt to translate the message.

I can't describe how good this is. It's great, no it's better.

I especially loved the first line, that was such a captivating opening line.

Hollow.
