Darkness Consoling.

DARKNESS CONSOLING

She lays there
the darkness consoling her,
The only sound to be heard,
was her muffled sobs,
and her silent pleas of death.
The wind was howling,
the dogs were growling,
hearing her silent pleas.
As she layed there,
on the bitter, cold cement,
the wind sending chills up her spine.
Suddenly the sobbing stops,
the hurt goes away,
replaced with rage.
The wind ceased,
the dogs silenced.
Darkness enveloping her,
the clouds turned red,
like the blood dripping from her pale skin.
Thunder rolls.
The wind awakens,
as feirce as a raging fire.
The dogs go mad,
with a bark so deafening,
it could wake the dead.
They knew what was coming.
