I clutch at the diminishing light
trying to win this tiring fight
chest pounded and broken and i'm dying
lips swollen and cracked but i'm trying

i feel a shadow cast over my face
my heart quickens to a panicked pace
breath leaves my lethargic lungs
i hear a thousands of waggling tongues

as heat licks at my flesh like a dog 2 a bone
and your sickly voice cold begins 2 drowne
but for you my mind is closed
it always has been i supposed

i try not to cry because i know im losing
but my mind wont give up keeps refusing
then a happy light clear and free
has encircled itself around me

and now i see the flames devour and eat
but i feel nothing only a sad defeat
but i am 2 far away to feel this pain
the witch in their hearts has been slain
