I carried through its rain,
Dizzied through the lines that fielded me,
Leaving my reservations behind.

It’s hard dreaming about her,
Casting my beliefs through windows of vision,
Only waiting for time to sail with its ticking wind.

Sheer patience is what it takes,
Pain searing through the lonely growl,
Stepping back and forth, wondering which block is unsealed.

The waiting game is excruciating,
Wondering, spinning into pyramids of drought,
Killing for lips of the divine.

The moon treats my candy,
But I fall harder when I see nothing.
The 1st smile is never the last when I see her.

The impossible seems definite,
Yet slightly untrue,
True to my eyes, I see her falling into me.

I liked this alot, very good use of imagery in this piece. I especially liked the lines "The moon treats my candy,
But I fall harder when I see nothing.
The 1st smile is never the last when I see her."

Lovely write.
