Deep in the darkness of your mind
many strange things you will find
colours you've never seen before
terror stalking at your door.

Remember when you were ten feet tall
now you're feeling so very small
run to the door that once was locked
should I go through or should I stop?

Deep in the darkness of your mind
everthing turns round and round
laughing faces,unpleasant words
left is right and up is down!

Hands reaching out holding me
Can’t break loose,can't break free
makes no difference how I try
the time has come I'm going to die?

Now the darkness has gone
and I feel at ease
but it sure was hell,
deep down inside of me!
