What time is it? How long have I been up? What day is it? I don't remember what I was doing. I don't remember sleeping. How long has it been since I slept? (picks up phone) I missed some calls. (beep beep beep) I called him? I dont remember that. I remember thinking about him when I was watching T.V. Why is it off? (bumps into chair and steps on junk on the floor) I'd give anything to be able to walk across the room without stepping over something. When was the last time I ate? Am I hungry? (opens fridge) (looks) (looks) (looks) (looks) What am I looking for? (grabs a coke) I wonder if anyone responded to my posts? MAN theres alot of new stuff to read. (lights cigarette) (reading: click click click...) hmmmmm that reminds me of something I want to write (type type type type) oops i didddnt spell that right, (click click cl-) NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! CRAAAAAAAP!!!! I erased the whole FRIGGIN thing!!! (type type type) uhhhh, where was I going with this? (stare at blinking cursor) What time is it? How long have I been up? What day is it? A long time ago, but I try to read all the way to the end...I don't always make it, but I did with this one, and it tells of life when we get in a rut. ..Yeppers, it just happens that way sometimes, doesn't it? Get boring, too. blah, blah, blah, blah,hehehe you know the routine. Everyone's words deserve to be HEARD!!!!!!!! But more than that they deserve to be ACKNOWLEDGED!!!!!!! For a poem, this reads more like a story, a very good, deep image story, a prose work. That doesn't make it bad. I liked your description of a lost time. Sparticus Even with insects- |

Believe it or not there are prose poems. I didn't follow this but waht I did was interesting. |

Life is poetry and often nightmare-ic, this speeks of the banal nature of cyclic life and specifically how a few days of mine go as a writer. |
