Just when things are going good my minions come to call Just a simple voice to rise above it all You know that it will never work things always fall apart Your are just a painter always searching for the art Tell me of the past my friend how many times before Has your start been destroyed in front of your minds door Just when things are going good my minions come to call Smashing dreams and hopes against your blood stained wall SMC |

I hear ya and I do understand. I call those persistant thoughts, "lesser gods"... hugging you in understanding, m'friend.  always shooting m'self in the foot, I am. Sheesh. |

Tha's right. We are just painters and the pictures we paint are depictions of past moments, sometimes glories-but all is just a passing. And yes, especially when it starts out good and all seems to be well, it eithers falls apart or we become aware of its mortality. My friend, you see things as they are. But also remember that darkness also only is a passing. And we also never know what's beyond, and even if we gatch a glimpse, we could still be dreaming.
