I’ll bet you’re wishing for the floor
I’ve found it comfortable to watch you fall
I’ll see you mistaken yet again
It’s just one more step to the end of the bridge
Upset again, because they wouldn’t mend

Cut off someone else’s face, so you can pretend
You’ve found someone else to be much better
I’ll find you broken up again
It’s not too far to start of bridge again
Content again, because you let them bleed

I’ll wage another war, in your basement
I’ve known your weakness for so very long
I’ll remember you someday again
I see you’ve finally found the middle of the bridge
Numb again, you’ll break the side guard

Death is just a number in a morgue
Keep running from the reaper cyborg
We’re all just earth worms with
A number on the largest of the walking feelers
I brought the atom bomb to The dinner table today
To take the vermin far away…

As soon as it disappears as atmospheric jumble clears
We’ll see the stars for the final drive out to the country side
And we’ll hit that bridge, that lays out on the fringe
Lost in the echo of the waters cerulean blue
A river rapidity, deaths tranquil vicinity

Wow. Just a pure and simple, "wow". You did in that poem something I've wanted to do for a long time - work someone up. Look forward to more of your works.

By the way - the Mad Hatter was my favorite character from Alice in Wonderland. :-D
