Spitting Evil

Sometimes we need to spit
Angry poison kills us
Sometimes we need to scream
Kick,scratch and cuss

The deepest bitter internment
The hurts grow in keep
Contaminate with dark bile
In heart wounds they seep

Chasing beauty from our hearts
Creating loveless Strangers
So Spit often your poison
Forwarned of these dangers

This is the very reason I started to write--because yes, I figure it's better OUT than IN.

Thanks for this in these wee hours this morning. I needed the reminder.

It certainly helps to express ones feelings this way. Depression originally inspired my writing and i still find it helps.

Do I ever know what you mean! Writing is such good way to vent those emotions that are often so overwhelming. Good write!
