The one I don't know how to renew
Yet it seems it vanished
The moment I lost you.

I don't know where to find it
I don't know where I am.
Please come find me,
And tell me who I am.

Give me back my peace
Suppress this fear in my heart,
Subdue the evil risings
Before they cast the mark.

I'm reaching through the darkness
Trying to make it on my own,
Now I see I can't.
It's frightening to be so alone.

I don't know who I am,
I lost myself when I lost you.
Please come back and take my hand,
Show me what is true.

Lead me back onto the path,
Save me from the gloom,
Protect me from its wrath,
Lest it be my doom.

This poem is really sad, but in a way it true to how one feels at times, the author must have been having a horrible moment when this was written, as I know the author myself I know she is a very expressive person and when she wrote this is must of come from her heart. I really like this poem, keep it up Cay.

I agree with Inque...it is sad, but it is also a good poem. I know her too!!! =) this is so kool, now there are two people here that know Cayce. =) luv u sis =)

It's really a heart felt poem and written very well too...

I don't know the author but i know this is a good piece of work and hope to see more of it.. Sad but beautiful at the same time
