Does It Smile When fingers tap Indoors As the rain falls Outside Where it can't be heard? What does it all mean When faith is pledged But never seen? This is what it is To live inside the soul of smoke Breathing sadness As it forms and dissolves CRacK BAby Into the wall As demons hide out in my hall. |

Well, beat of the poem is upbeat, but I really can't seem to find a consistent thought. A condemnation of poverty? A haunting of the past? I dunno, it's alright, but try to focus your poems more. |
