Macaroni and Metaphors

I'm starting to gather them
in closetfulls, similies and
metaphors, discarded in
a dusty corridor, waiting
to metamorphosize, at
least play the understudies
neat on a rack, or tidy,
stacked in compartments,
waiting for showtime,

there is much too much
clutter, the air hangs
static, undeciphered
morse code, not much
is coming full circle now,

i'm cooking macaroni
simmering in a crock pot,
but somehow, i think
my timing is o
                f
                  f

you got the macaroni...i gots the cheez

you know you always manage to come through with something amazing...
and even if "not much is coming full circle now".....all ya gotta manage is half circles so that your buddies can help out..
