Driving Blind

memories of warmth
dip far below
the cold
where emotion
puddles frozen
black ice hides
a dangerous
shimmering
that will take
all that dare
to venture
spinning out
of control

a slow hand and knowledge of the path it takes makes all the difference ....

.... of course one's heart must be into the venture.
