youthful
spirits
already active

summer’s desire
brave beaming

was that your life’s story

until one moment

passing the door?

Sy -- some earlier;  some later, but we all probably wonder what's behind it...

iliana, let me know what conclusions, if any, you reach...

Nancy...  I'm truly honored... and humbled
This TOL was actually inspired after reading an excerpt about Natalie Wood's youth in Hollywood in Interview magazine this month as there's a new biography about her due out soon, and the details mentioned stuck with me...

WOW Mark...
I am so glad I popped back in for another read of this one.
I have always been a great fan of Natalie Wood!
Plus, I was always intrigued by what really happened out there on Splendor.
I will keep my eyes open for the new book!
Thanks for the info!
Hugs~

Yes Noah, she was not only beautiful, but full of passion.  I would have liked to have known her, and honestly, the lyrics for Elton John's "Candle In The Wind" come to mind...

Nancy, it should be a fascinating read if the rest of the book is like the excerpt in Interview...  It's amazing the discrepancy between what we "know" of an actress/actor on the screen versus their "true" stories as a human being...  Hope it's a good read for you!

Mark -- I thought about it.  Passing the door -- I don't think there was any one time walking thru it for me; probably a bunch of times until I finally got the message.  A good piece of writing can make a person think!

iliana...  this concept has me gestating a new idea...  Thank you.

Craig, perhaps that's the best of both worlds?  Thanks for the read.
