Droplets from thy tearful eye falleth to the ground,
Dispelled by thy moon shaped spheres of heavenly brown.
The child cries inside for thy yesterday’s youth,
But that time has towered to a never ending truth.

Thy broken heart spills into an oval essence tear,
This one I shall call it my own and keep it forever near.
I know thy lands are swallowed in shallow gloom,
But an oval tear can find its way around a darkened moon.

For you see oval tears have a special meaning in life,
They bend light as a beacon to summon the stars in the night,
Call upon the heavens to aid against your dire dreams,
And replace the grayness with an ever essence gleam.

Made of gold they bind thy nightmares in chains,
And carry it wayward through an asteroid belts rain.
So when you dispel an oval tear remember to smile,
For the adult that you now see is comforted much like that child.

I knew from the title that this would be good... What a beautiful tale you've told... I'll have to examine tears more closely. *S*
