Balancing

Balance is a shadows fall
Sliding down a garden wall
Converting like a shape shifter
Weightless as a time sifter

Elusive to the touch and feel
But solid as a block of steel
To the essence of a gleam
But as misty as a dream

It takes the mind to quiet fade
Impressions fixed, impressions made
And makes the teeter of the day
Factor in the weight of stay

Without the sequel of the lend
There never serves a proper end
And all would stay the high of noon
Without the shadows of the moon

So set your eyes upon the scale
And see the balance of its bail

Listening to every heart

Seems I couldn't find a totter for the teeter
but I found a swing and really that's much neater
so swing with me and we shall play
and pen poems of thoughts from yesterday
then look before us toward tomorrow
and leave behind any sense of sorrow.

Right?

That everything should be in fine balance dear Sy...
the world would be a far better place.
Good Monday morning to you!
Kettle is on....tea ready soon.

Somewhere between ponder and resolution is the beauty of your writing...  A good morning to you, Sir.

Really like this one! At times it seems to be describing "love." Don't you think?

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.
