somewhere between the moon
and this place I stand
lie a billion bits of stars
that broken as they are
by the force of time
were doomed by lack of gravity
to crumble
and haze my view
across this distant space.

I wonder
do they reflect
as I in introspection wish
I could?

I would see myself in them
as a distorted mirage
to piece together
one sliver to another
over eons
infinitely wiser
for having put the puzzle
into a whole

Yet all I see
between this, the nights moon,
and me,
is the dust of what they used
to be

perhaps indeed
    this is the image mirrored
of me

So much emotion
given to star's dust...

but not all is inanimate...
especially when so moving...

Enjoyed this, my friend.  Thank you.

A philosophical ponder Ron.  But like a star you shed light on the matter.

Ron, simply exquisite, and you know that picture you had of the bionic space-age woman I had that in my head the entire time reading this for some reason.  I tend to personify most of your work though.  Loved this one.

Read this morning, and knew I needed time to do justice in my reply...

And still find myself in lack for words..

Ron, it is one of many favorites by you...the rest of what I am trying to say...you already know..

then you won't see the best that I would love to do for you"
