God has made a map
in the stars
of love and words
found from afar

A presence in spirit heart and mind
knowing not her plan wishes or path to go
I wait and yet wonder if thats hHis will

We speak in song
We speak in lyrics
A desire to sing
Shy in the shadows
We sing to each other

Singing in the car
Singing in the car
music devine

Angels in voice
love in our hesitancy

so cute
God's grace

a smile
a tear
goofy anxiousness
and a ticklish cheer

playful two
shall they begin anew???

I wanted to let the moderators know and others that I changed my name from martiniat8 because it doesnt feel right to me anymore. I would rather use my real name. Didnt want to cause any confusion but that martiniat8 has negative connotations to it. Id rather sign my work with my real name. I hope yall understand and thanks. I shouldve probably asked, but I didnt think to. Thank you all you have been very warm understanding and supportive.
Hugs,
Brad

thanks Chris, I believe there should be more honesty especially when it comes to poetry. Using my real name is something I shouldve used from the start. I trully think its important to reveal one's true self and receive the praise and spoils in one's true identity. If we cant then maybe we shouldnt post it.

Brad - I appreciate your honesty.  You are just like me.  You are far more noble than those two scalawags Balladeer or Toerag, who hide behind silly names and use humor to villify other wonderful, honest people like you.  We honest people must stick together against the Dark Forces those two evil-doers represent.

Your friend,

lol. am I? then why dont yall use your real names or the name of the author that writes their stuff? at times it seems as though they are character names in a story.
