In his arms

she no longer yearned to fly

she was already there

I like this...but after reading over a 1000 short poems in 2003 I can say you need more here...something more to set it apart.

Michele, this is so true, when a person
is in the  right  arms.....
the arms of one who loves her and and
who she loves too.

This is wonderful. To say so much, with so little. That is a hard thing to do. I have not read many short poems. The poems I tend to read are very long, and most very drawn out, people are wrapped up in rhyme. I'm not saying that's bad, I'm saying it is refreshing that we can still say so much, with so little.

Perfect!  I wish I had thought to write this.  This is perfect.  I said that twice.  I meant it both times.

How nice to find one's calming.  I love this very simple write...it paints a very extensive picture.  Great words.
