Hi,  Here is a first poem here at PIP.

Though withered and dry
the oak leaves cling to their limbs,
as if waiting-
fresh snow falls on the path
left unmarred by her footprints.

for whom is it harder to let go, the leaves from their source, or the source from her
dependents, i always wonder.

Welcome , hope you will find a place here with us

Thank you Nan....You are most perceptive.
