The Wine of Essence

The essence of your wine pervades
A mountain stream in full cascade
Filling spaces of my mind
I did not know and could not find

It arrows into my desire
Upon a view of grand admire
Overwhelms my mind of think
With open eyes that cannot blink

It ties me with a magic rope
Braded with the hemp of hope
Sets a seal upon my heart
Forever is the marks impart

Sings a subtle lullaby
Floating like a butterfly
Setting on my flowers power
Every minute of the hour

Alas my head does spin and wheel
With the essence of the feel
